LEGAL NOTICE AND TERMS OF SERVICE

1. CUSTOM ORDERS
Customized products are produced according to the specifications, images, text, colors, sizes, and quantities approved by the customer.

2. DESIGN APPROVAL
Before production begins, the customer must approve the final design/proof. After approval, any changes requested by the customer may involve additional costs and/or a new production deadline.

3. COLORS AND PRINTING
Minor differences may occur between the colors displayed on screen and the final printed result due to the characteristics of the monitor, fabric, ink, and printing process.

4. PAYMENT
Production of custom orders may require full payment or a deposit in advance. Production will begin only after confirmation of the agreed payment.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Customized products made according to the customer’s specifications cannot be canceled or returned solely due to a change of mind, without prejudice to the consumer rights provided under applicable Portuguese law.

6. DEFECTS OR PRODUCTION ERRORS
If the product has a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Canvaso, the customer must report the issue as soon as possible and present the product together with proof of purchase, so that the matter can be assessed and the legally appropriate solution applied.

7. PRODUCTION TIMES
The stated production times are estimates, unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed. Delays resulting from circumstances beyond Canvaso’s control may affect the initially estimated deadline.

8. IMAGES, LOGOS, AND COPYRIGHT
The customer declares that they have authorization to use any images, photographs, logos, trademarks, text, or other content provided for printing. Canvaso accepts no responsibility for the unauthorized use of content protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.

9. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.

10. COMPLAINTS
Any complaint may be submitted directly to Canvaso, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to contact the competent consumer dispute resolution authorities.

11. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by applicable Portuguese law.
